Specialist scaffolding
Certain types of buildings require a more sympathetic approach when it comes to scaffolding. Examples of these might be listed buildings, buildings with other conservation requirements, bridges over rivers and other water courses, and confined spaces. At SWP Scaffolding, we are very experienced in working successfully on these more difficult and technical scaffold projects. We are also fully trained to work within confined space regulations.

Scaffolding risk assessments and method statements
If you’re carrying out work at height, or have contracted a company to carry out work at height for you, you’re legally required to assess the risks involved in this. We at SWP Scaffolding can carry out these risk assessments for you, using our 20+ years’ experience in the industry and respected qualifications to make sure the work is carried out safely.We can assess the risks involved in your project, make recommendations for precautions to be taken, and review this assessment on an ongoing basis as necessary.
You may also find it useful to have a method statement. This is a record of the hazards that have been identified, the risk these present to people involved in the work, and the precautions that must be taken to minimise these risks. We can also provide you with method statements, helping you ensure that work at height is properly planned, well supervised and carried out in a safe manner.
